Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Develop and organize an HR operations manual by compiling current procedures, refining content, and drafting missing process documentation.
• Partner with HR team members to gather information, clarify workflows, and create supporting forms where documentation is incomplete.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of job descriptions to improve consistency and accessibility across the department.
• Create and manage an HR department calendar to track key activities, deadlines, and important milestones.
• Design and update a project tracking spreadsheet to monitor HR initiatives, priorities, and progress.
• Use Office 365 applications to prepare, format, and manage high-quality HR documents and administrative tools.
• Support document control efforts by keeping HR materials accurate, structured, and easy to retrieve.
• Obtain the required site access card within 30 days to support the project timeline and on-site responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including creating, formatting, and managing business documents and spreadsheets.• Experience with SharePoint and document management practices.
• Ability to write, edit, and organize procedural documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Background in developing or refining job descriptions and related HR materials.
• Familiarity with document control standards and maintaining organized records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with team members to gather and validate information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible hybrid work environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation
