Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily client interactions in Encino, California. This Long-term Contract to hire position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced call center environment and can provide attentive service across phone and email channels. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, entering accurate information, and helping customers with orders and appointment coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism, efficiency, and a service-focused approach.

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests by phone and email while delivering clear and courteous communication.

• Enter customer details, service updates, and order information accurately into company systems and records.

• Assist with order processing activities and verify information to help ensure timely and correct completion.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments based on customer needs, availability, and established procedures.

• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide status updates.

• Use VoIP phone systems and standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to complete daily tasks.

• Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing position.
• Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills for handling email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with data entry and order entry, with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable scheduling appointments and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and VoIP-based phone systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous during customer interactions.

Compensation

$22.00-$22.00 Hourly
