Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support order processing and customer account activities for a Long-term Contract position in Camarillo, California. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys providing responsive service, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure orders move smoothly from entry through delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using standard office software to manage documentation, communication, and routine reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Enter customer orders accurately and maintain order records within the fulfillment system to support timely processing.
• Track order progress and follow up on delivery commitments to help ensure shipments align with customer expectations and available allocations.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and routine service needs in a thorough and timely manner.
• Prepare organized reports, basic documentation, and business correspondence for both internal teams and external customers.
• Use word processing and spreadsheet applications to manage account information, update records, and support daily service tasks.
• Work closely with supervisors and experienced team members to resolve routine account issues and improve service coverage.
• Assist with ongoing account support activities for less complex customer accounts while following established service procedures.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing updates and completing assigned tasks that support overall customer coverage.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, order support, or a related administrative environment.
• Ability to enter data accurately and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software in a detail-focused setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for handling customer correspondence and internal documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor order status and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to follow direction, learn established processes, and work effectively with team guidance.
• Comfortable supporting routine office functions in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Compensation

$19.00-$20.50 Hourly
