Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily project support activities for multi-site lighting and energy-related initiatives, ensuring tasks stay aligned with timelines and client expectations.
• Assist with pre-installation planning by organizing calls, documenting action items, and confirming readiness with internal teams and field labor.
• Maintain regular communication with installers and project stakeholders to track progress, identify concerns, and help resolve open items quickly.
• Enter and update project information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy, including orders, status changes, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project issues and follow through on next steps so delays, missing details, and outstanding questions are addressed promptly.
• Prepare closeout packages for customers by gathering required records, organizing project paperwork, and confirming completion details.
• Partner with the lead Project Manager during onboarding and training to learn project workflows, reporting expectations, and coordination processes.
• Support schedule visibility by helping track milestones, installation activity, and completion targets across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role involving detailed task management is preferred.• Ability to manage timelines effectively while balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced project environment.
• Exposure to construction projects, field operations, or installation-based work is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle documentation, scanning, recordkeeping, and follow-up activities accurately.
• Comfortable using Excel for tracking and reporting; experience with Salesforce or Oracle is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with project managers, labor teams, and customers.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn project systems, processes, and terminology.
• Open to candidates with transferable experience, including early-career professionals with strong coordination and administrative strengths.
Compensation
