Sr. Financial Analyst
We are looking for an experienced FP & A Manager to support financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making for a growing organization in Northwest, Indiana. This role will translate complex data into clear business insights, helping leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities across operations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, advanced modeling capability, and the ability to deliver timely analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include
• Leading a team of 3
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results to identify key drivers behind performance and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Partner with operational and leadership teams to prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations that improve financial visibility and decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to assess business performance, cost trends, revenue patterns, and potential opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, validate, and interpret large data sets using data mining techniques to uncover meaningful trends and support planning initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and summary materials for leadership that communicate financial results, assumptions, and actionable insights clearly.
• Support the annual planning cycle by coordinating inputs, consolidating financial information, and refining forecast assumptions.
• Contribute to finance-related process improvements, including support for changes in reporting structures, tools, or internal systems when needed.
This role will offer a salary between 130K-155K plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• Several years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, variance review, and building practical financial models.
• Strong ability to perform ad hoc analysis and translate findings into concise business recommendations.
• Experience working with large data sets and applying data mining techniques to support financial insight.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet-based modeling and financial reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to cross-functional stakeholders.
Compensation
