Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned daycare centers and preschool locations to deliver campaign materials and complete onsite poster placement as directed.
• Verify that all required items, including signage, forms, and installation materials, are accounted for before departing for the day's route.
• Manage a daily schedule across multiple stops, adjusting timing as needed to complete each assigned location efficiently.
• Represent the program effectively when interacting with site staff and provide the appropriate description form at each visit.
• Track completion of assigned locations and follow reporting instructions to document installation progress accurately.
• Coordinate travel between sites using reliable personal transportation and maintain communication regarding status, timing, and any issues encountered.
• Follow provided installation guidance to ensure materials are displayed properly and consistently at each location.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, scheduling, or a related field.• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and keep work on track across multiple locations or tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable style.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to complete the full assignment.
• Ability to work in business casual attire and maintain an appropriate appearance on site.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with the ability to interact comfortably with staff in educational environments.
• Familiarity with project management, master scheduling, or coordinating field-based assignments is preferred.
Compensation
