Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities, define role requirements, and build effective recruitment plans.
• Manage candidate pipelines within applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate hiring data, documentation, and status updates.
• Use recruiting platforms and job boards to identify talent with relevant experience and broaden outreach for priority openings.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection to keep the hiring process efficient and organized.
• Oversee pre-employment screening workflows and support pre-employment steps in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on reporting, process improvements, and recruiting operations activities, including updates tied to system or workflow changes when needed.
• Promote a positive and engaging candidate experience by ensuring clear communication throughout each stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a talent acquisition leadership or manager-level capacity.• Hands-on knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms such as Avature, CareerBuilder, or comparable tools.
• Experience supporting background screening, offer processes, and related pre-employment activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with HR or workforce systems such as ADP and related recruiting operations tools is preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and standard business applications used to support hiring coordination.
Compensation
