Litigation Paralegal

International law firm in Redwood City, CA has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal with 5-10+ years of legal experience. This role will support multiple civil litigation attorneys and assist throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution. As a Litigation Paralegal with this firm, you'll be assigned to 2-3 attorneys and focus on eDiscovery, document preparation, and trial support. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support multiple attorneys handling civil litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Assist with case management from initial filing through discovery, trial preparation, and closing
• Prepare, organize, and maintain pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and case files
• Coordinate and manage court filings, with e-filing experience strongly preferred
• Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
• Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized case records and litigation documents

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation
• Knowledge of the litigation lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple attorneys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work on-site on a hybrid in Redwood City
