Order Processing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to support customer order management and administrative operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring orders are entered accurately, tracked effectively, and fulfilled on time. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through completion
• Review and verify order details for accuracy
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipments, and inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases
• Perform data entry and generate order-related documentation
• Monitor open orders and proactively address discrepancies or delays
• Support shipping, inventory, and operational processes as needed
• Provide administrative support to the customer service and operations teams

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order processing, customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
