Transactional Accounting Manager
Position Summary
The Transactional Accounting Manager oversees the daily accounting operations related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, cash application, and transaction processing. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, improving processes, maintaining strong internal controls, and leading a high-performing accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP, AR, reconciliations, cash application, and transaction processing.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the transactional accounting team.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and account reconciliations.
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows and support organizational growth.
- Assist with system enhancements, reporting, audits, and month-end close activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and transactional accounting processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Proven ability to improve processes and manage high-volume accounting operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation
$125,000.00-$140,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
