Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to support customer order processing and administrative operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and tracking customer orders while providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify order details, pricing, shipping information, and customer records
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• Resolve order discrepancies and assist with problem resolution
• Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed
• Monitor open orders and follow up on outstanding items

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order entry, customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a related role
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred
