Medical Records Technician

Robert Half is seeking 2 detail-oriented Medical Records Technicians for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and processing patient medical records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. These positions are fully onsite here in our clients Centennial, CO location. Duties will include:

• Scan, file, and maintain medical records and patient documentation
• Process requests for medical records and information
• Ensure records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Perform data entry and document management tasks
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding records
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Previous medical records, healthcare administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
