Job Title: Power Systems Division (PSD) Rental Store Manager
Location: Manassas, Virginia
Starting Compensation Range: $98,000 - $142,000 per year
The Store Manager position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day store operations and ensuring consistent performance at the store level. The individual in this position will develop new business, maintain positive relations with our current customer base, maximize business results by leveraging company resources and external business partners and ensure customer satisfaction, safe working conditions, store profitability and overall general performance.
Requirements for the PSD Rental Store Manager position include:
- Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate, develop, and retain a high performing work group
- Must be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess strong critical thinking skills
- Must have excellent customer relationship skills
- Must have the ability to manage a large scale operation in a fast-paced environment
- Must have an attention to detail
- Must have a mechanical aptitude
- Manage profit/loss statement for store business portfolio
- Must be able to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships to achieve desired financial and market share objectives
- Must be able to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving problems promptly
- Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure strategic and tactical alignment
- Proficient in the use of a computer; able to adapt to changing technology
- Must be able to quickly evaluate facts and maintain good judgment when making decisions
- Willing to travel and work hours required to perform job
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Frequent travel is required – overnight or out town via car or airplane

Seeking Candidates with:
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Background in service operations and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment repair procedures and applications, preferred
- College degree, preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit and talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
