Workplace Experience Ambassador 5

Compensation: $18 to $22 Hourly

We are looking for a service-driven Workplace Experience Ambassador 5 to create an exceptional front-of-house experience in Dallas, Texas. This Contract position is ideal for someone who brings a hospitality-first mindset, strong judgment, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly in a refined office setting. The person in this role will help shape a welcoming, high-end environment for tenants, executives, employees, and visitors while supporting events, daily coordination, and special requests with care.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm, attentive presence and create a strong first impression at the front desk.
• Provide clear directions, assist with arrivals, and coordinate with hosts so visitors experience an organized and seamless check-in process.
• Handle a variety of service requests, including local recommendations, reservations, transportation coordination, and general concierge-style support.
• Plan and support building events by organizing logistics, tracking budgets, and helping deliver a seamless experience from concept through execution.
• Communicate updates and service information to tenants in a clear, timely, and customer-focused manner during day-to-day operations and property changes.
• Maintain an upscale lobby and reception experience by coordinating with security, property teams, and other building partners as needed.
• Use office technology and scheduling tools to manage calendars, document requests, and keep records accurate and current.
• Respond to changing priorities, including special events or high-traffic periods, with independence, creativity, and sound decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk operations, high-end retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with tenants, guests, executives, and internal partners.
• Comfortable using workplace technology such as Microsoft Outlook, calendars, reservation tools, and general office systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and service-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting events, coordinating details, and monitoring budgets is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Dallas, Texas area and the ability to provide thoughtful local recommendations is highly valued.
• Flexible availability for a Monday through Friday schedule with adjustments as needed to support events.
• Bachelor’s degree is not required if supported by relevant experience.

Compensation

$18.00-$22.00 Hourly
