Controller
Responsibilities:
• Direct the full month-end close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and financial data is complete and accurate.
• Prepare and review financial statements that clearly reflect business performance and support leadership reporting needs.
• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and journal entries to maintain strong accounting controls.
• Monitor financial results, investigate variances, and provide insight into key trends affecting operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to help guide financial strategy.
• Strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls to improve accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during audits, reporting reviews, and other financial inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.• Strong background managing month-end close and related accounting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements accurately.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
