Power Platform Microsoft 365 Consultant
We are looking for a Power Platform Microsoft 365 Consultant in Tampa, Florida. This role will examine a complex clinical placement workflow that currently depends on spreadsheet-based coordination and identify practical ways to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance. The consultant will assess existing Microsoft 365 capabilities, recommend a sustainable solution, and help shape a more streamlined process.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze process pain points and translate findings into clear improvement opportunities.
• Review the existing Microsoft 365 tools and determine how Power Platform and SharePoint can be used to support a modernized solution.
• Develop recommendations for a scalable approach that reduces manual spreadsheet dependence while improving accuracy and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solution options with business needs.
• Design and document workflow concepts, data structures, and reporting approaches that support rotations and related documentation.
• Advise on implementation priorities, governance considerations, and best practices for long-term platform adoption within the environment.
• Support planning for solution rollout by identifying risks, dependencies, and steps needed to move from the current manual process to a more efficient model.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise in business process improvement or solution design engagements.• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including the ability to assess and recommend fit-for-purpose capabilities.
• Experience working with SharePoint for collaboration, document management, or workflow support.
• Proven ability to evaluate manual operational processes and convert them into structured technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience documenting solution recommendations, workflows, and implementation considerations in a clear and organized manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a contract consulting capacity within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
