Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative activities for the program team, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks, correspondence, and scheduling needs.
• Respond to questions from student applicants clearly and thoughtfully, and provide guidance related to application processes and required materials.
• Assist with reviewing application submissions for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to program guidelines.
• Prepare selection and review materials for internal use, helping the team stay organized throughout the evaluation process.
• Conduct technical checks and basic analysis of applications and related documentation to support informed decision-making.
• Support meeting logistics for facilitators and program staff, including coordinating materials, communications, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, document tracking, and organized filing of applicant and program information.
• Distribute informational and program-related mailings to applicants and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.• Demonstrated ability to manage correspondence, respond to inquiries, and provide high-quality administrative support.
• Experience working with applications, supporting document review, or handling process-driven administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a detail-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Comfort with data entry, record maintenance, and basic analytical review of information.
Compensation
