Change Management Manager (contract)

We are looking for an interim Change Management Manager to support enterprise transformation initiatives in Dallas, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will guide change efforts tied to technology adoption, process improvement, and operating model evolution, helping teams prepare for and sustain new ways of working. The role requires a strategic communicator who can partner with senior leaders, translate complex project updates into clear messaging, and strengthen engagement across impacted groups.

Interim Change Management Manager (contract position):

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and affected stakeholders to build alignment, gather feedback, and strengthen support for transformation initiatives.

• Create and lead structured change management plans that support major programs involving digital tools, artificial intelligence, and broader organizational change.

• Prepare leadership teams with clear talking points, briefings, and messaging so they can confidently sponsor and communicate upcoming changes.

• Develop audience-focused communication and engagement initiatives that increase awareness, understanding, and adoption across impacted employee groups.

• Turn project updates, metrics, and business context into clear visual materials that help teams understand objectives, progress, and expected outcomes.

• Facilitate impact assessment sessions to compare current and future state processes, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions.

• Conduct readiness and adoption evaluations to measure preparedness, track progress, and highlight areas requiring additional support.

• Design training approaches, learning materials, and enablement plans that help employees successfully transition to new processes and technologies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management methods and incorporate practical approaches for digital and AI-focused transformation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end change management for large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience supporting adoption of AI, digital platforms, or other enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing communication strategies, engagement plans, and executive-level messaging for complex initiatives.
• Proven capability in conducting impact, readiness, and adoption assessments and using findings to guide action plans.
• Background in creating training strategies and learning support materials for new operating models or systems.
• Solid project management, planning, and process improvement skills with attention to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way.

Compensation

$50.00-$50.00 Hourly
