Software Developer
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and enhance enterprise integrations using Integration Builder to support critical business processes.
• Develop and maintain secure connections between systems by working with APIs, webhooks, and modern authentication methods such as OAuth2 and token-based access.
• Create and validate data mappings, transformation logic, and schema alignment to ensure consistent and accurate information flow across platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reconciliation, issue investigation, and data validation while supporting overall integration performance.
• Monitor production interfaces, resolve incidents within service expectations, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Implement reliable integration processes by incorporating scheduling, incremental data movement, change tracking, and exception management.
• Configure, test, document, and deploy new applications and technical solutions while supporting user readiness and operational adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate them into scalable, supportable technical designs.
Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level system integration solutions.• Hands-on expertise with Integration Builder in a detail-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, including joins, querying, and basic tuning for troubleshooting and reconciliation tasks.
• Solid understanding of API integration patterns, webhook processing, and authentication approaches such as OAuth2 and token-based security.
• Experience working with data mapping, transformation methods, and schema validation in integrated application environments.
• Knowledge of operational integration practices, including alerting, monitoring, error handling, and dead letter queue management.
• Background supporting production integrations with exposure to SLA management, incident response, and long-term problem resolution.
• Technical experience with C#, .NET Framework, and application installation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Compensation
