Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a Contract position supporting a team in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on coordinating administrative activities, organizing documentation, and helping streamline projects that support operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating with clinical and operational partners, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This opportunity begins with onsite training and may offer longer-term potential based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
• Support daily administrative operations for leaders and clinical team members, ensuring requests and deliverables are handled promptly.
• Organize and review patient treatment documentation, including records received from external facilities for prior care.
• Coordinate the retrieval, tracking, and follow-up of outside medical records needed for clinical evaluation before additional treatment.
• Maintain clear and accurate files, status updates, and supporting documentation to keep work moving on schedule.
• Assist with project-based assignments designed to improve workflow efficiency and reduce administrative strain on care teams.
• Partner with physicians and department staff to facilitate communication and support operational priorities.
• Help monitor task progress, escalate issues when needed, and ensure assigned activities are completed within expected timelines.
• Participate in onboarding and training activities, with initial onsite support during the first two weeks of the assignment.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administrative support, coordination, or project-based office work is required.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working effectively with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, tracking information, and maintaining records.
• Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical office environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic medical record systems is preferred, though training can be provided.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams while supporting process improvement and operational efficiency.
Compensation
