Event Coordinator 2 (2-4 years)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate on-site events by partnering with sponsors, preparing spaces, confirming logistics, and supporting execution from setup through completion.
• Respond to facility-related requests by creating, tracking, and closing work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with routine building operations, including follow-up on maintenance activities, inspections, and general site support tasks assigned by leadership.
• Provide basic audiovisual and meeting support for Microsoft Teams and Zoom sessions, including room readiness and troubleshooting common equipment issues.
• Communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and internal partners to ensure event and facility needs are understood and addressed promptly.
• Monitor meeting and event spaces to help maintain organization, functionality, and readiness for scheduled activities.
• Work independently on assigned priorities while also collaborating closely with team members in a dynamic office setting.
• Support upkeep of building equipment by helping coordinate maintenance checks and reporting issues that may affect daily operations.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, facilities support, office operations, or a related administrative environment.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including support for Teams meetings and related scheduling or coordination tasks.
• Familiarity with Zoom meetings, conference room technology, and basic audiovisual troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage work orders, track requests, and follow through on operational details with accuracy.
• Comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration in a fast-moving and sometimes demanding environment.
• Working knowledge of building operations, equipment upkeep, or maintenance coordination is preferred.
Compensation
