Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, providing timely assistance and resolving routine questions or concerns.
• Complete order entry and update customer or case information accurately within designated systems and records.
• Prepare, organize, and process forms, correspondence, and supporting documentation to maintain efficient office workflows.
• Perform clerical support activities such as scanning, mailing, faxing, and data entry while ensuring information is recorded correctly.
• Review information for completeness and follow up as needed to help prevent processing delays or errors.
• Use sound judgment to address service issues, escalate complex matters when appropriate, and contribute to positive customer outcomes.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations by maintaining organized files and handling task follow-through in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; additional office or administrative training is preferred.• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or office support environments is preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications is required.
• Ability to manage data entry and document handling with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills in a customer-focused setting.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background screening.
Compensation
