Global Travel & Expense Policy Analyst

Westborough, MA 01581, US Remote Temporary
Compensation: $47.50 to $55 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Global Travel & Expense Policy Analyst to support a contract opportunity in Westborough, Massachusetts. This position will focus on strengthening and refining global travel, expense, corporate card, and fleet policy frameworks to align with evolving business needs. The role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can translate operational requirements into clear policy guidance while partnering across functions to promote compliance and consistency.


Responsibilities:

• Review and revise global travel and expense policies to ensure they are current, practical, and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Develop updated guidance for corporate card programs, including travel and entertainment cards, meeting cards, and purchasing cards.

• Coordinate policy enhancement efforts for global fleet programs, supporting updates across multiple countries with attention to local considerations.

• Partner with finance, accounts payable, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into well-structured policy documentation.

• Analyze existing expense management practices to identify gaps, clarify standards, and improve policy effectiveness.

• Support policy rollout activities by preparing clear communications and explanatory materials for impacted employee groups.

• Work within Concur Travel and Concur Expense environments to ensure policy expectations are accurately reflected in program administration.

• Monitor policy consistency across related travel and expense areas and recommend adjustments that strengthen governance and user understanding.


Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable, travel and expense administration, or policy analysis within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Concur Travel and Concur Expense, including their use in expense management processes.
• Strong understanding of global travel, expense reimbursement, and corporate card policy practices.
• Ability to write, edit, and organize policy documents in a clear and business-focused manner.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and drive policy updates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process or policy gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain policy changes to diverse audiences.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
