Junior AI Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Build and document foundational AI policies, operating procedures, and governance standards that support responsible organizational use.
• Partner with business and technical teams to assess current workflows and uncover practical opportunities for AI-enabled efficiency gains.
• Guide employees on effective use of generative AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar tools for business tasks.
• Design and support automation initiatives that streamline repeatable activities and improve productivity across departments.
• Create clear internal documentation, reference materials, and training content that promote consistent AI usage.
• Lead interactive training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for employees with varying levels of technical familiarity.
• Recommend processes that address data privacy, acceptable use, security considerations, and human review in AI-supported work.
• Track developments in AI capabilities and suggest tools, methods, or use cases that could bring measurable value to the organization.
• Contribute to a broader AI adoption roadmap by helping define short-term priorities and longer-term implementation goals.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of practical experience working with AI solutions in real business environments.• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or related technologies.
• Experience supporting AI adoption, process improvement, or automation efforts within an organization.
• Ability to develop structured documentation, workflows, guidelines, or governance materials for AI usage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently in an onsite setting while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Solid problem-solving, organizational, and discovery skills with a business-focused approach to AI implementation.
• Exposure to enterprise systems or business process environments, including ERP, EDI, Prophet 21, or similar platforms, is a plus.
Compensation
