Customer Service Representative

All Customer Service Representatives are scheduled to work every Saturday as part of their regular workweek. To maintain a five-day work schedule, employees will receive one weekday off each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

Position Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
• Process orders, requests, and other customer-related transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide excellent customer support
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software
• Ability to remain professional and positive in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
