Graphic Designer

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Graphic Designer to support marketing and branding initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands and business lines. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist with the creation of print and digital marketing assets, including flyers, email campaigns, branded collateral, and merchandise.
• Support website updates and visual content development.
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and brand resources.
• Assist with brand development initiatives and creative projects across multiple business areas.
• Coordinate with vendors for production, proofing, and delivery of marketing materials.
• Support photo shoots, content creation, and special marketing events as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
• 3+ years of experience creating marketing materials, email campaigns, websites, merchandise, or brand assets.
• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable computer, internet access, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, or other website platforms.
• Experience with digital asset management systems.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Previous production, print, or pre-press experience is a plus.
