Customer Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role combines customer support, order processing, and administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple priorities, providing excellent service, and ensuring accurate order coordination from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and inquiries
• Maintain records and enter information into company systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Provide professional customer support via phone and email
• Perform administrative and data entry tasks as needed
• Assist with general office support responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus
• Purchasing or inventory-related experience is preferred but not required
