Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk coverage by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a welcoming first impression for the office.
• Handle incoming phone calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate team members, and respond to routine questions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Perform a range of administrative support duties, including filing, document preparation, scheduling assistance, and general office coordination.
• Enter and update information in company systems with a high level of accuracy to help maintain complete and reliable records.
• Support day-to-day office operations by organizing materials, tracking routine tasks, and helping ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
• Maintain orderly electronic and paper files so important information can be retrieved quickly when needed.
• Assist with receptionist-related activities, including monitoring shared spaces and helping visitors or staff with basic administrative needs.
Qualifications:
• Experience providing administrative support in an office or business setting.• Ability to manage inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard administrative tasks such as filing, record maintenance, and general office coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Dependable work style and a detail-oriented approach to customer service and office communication.
Compensation
