Director of Operations- Administrative

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to support executive leadership in overseeing organizational operations, strategic initiatives, budgeting, policy development, and community services. This role will coordinate operational activities in accordance with established policies, goals, and objectives while supporting long-range planning, personnel initiatives, financial performance, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate operational activities in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and operational controls.
• Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead and support department heads and staff.
• Oversee reporting systems, training programs, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent the Association with community stakeholders, agencies, and business partners.
• Assist with Reserve Projects and other organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of senior-level experience within an HOA, Property Management, Hospitality, Public Works, or Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act.
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, policy analysis, and policy writing.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing reports, procedures, and operational systems.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, community members, staff, and government agencies.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$115,000.00 Yearly
