Temporary Development Assistant

100% Remote | Contract

Creative Commons is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Development Assistant to support the Fundraising Team during its busiest year-end giving season. This role will assist with donation processing, donor data management, acknowledgment letters, prospect research, and general administrative support while collaborating with a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track donor gifts and contributions
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and donor management databases
• Prepare donor acknowledgment and thank-you correspondence
• Conduct donor and prospect research
• Support fundraising operations and administrative projects
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members across time zones

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting fundraising, development, nonprofit, or donor relations teams preferred
• Salesforce or donor CRM/database experience strongly preferred
• Strong written communication and professional email skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration
