HR Recruiter

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and identifying top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in both sourcing and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Prepare and extend employment offers
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing multiple requisitions
• Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting experience within corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, or staffing environments
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
