Call Center Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join a local team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Process orders, updates, cancellations, and other service-related transactions.
• Meet performance goals related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach on every call.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve service processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and experience working with customer databases or CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
