Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within our financial institution. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to management and staff, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Provide administrative support to multiple departments and leadership team members.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
