Salesforce Administrator & Developer

6-month Contract | Austin, TX | Hybrid

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator & Developer to support and enhance a complex Salesforce environment that serves multiple business functions. This individual will play a key role in development, administration, integrations, automation, reporting, and business process optimization while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to manage projects across multiple systems and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, Lightning components, and other platform capabilities.
• Build scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and performance concerns.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings.
• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows, including both screen flows and automated flows.
• Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and various ERP, financial, eCommerce, operational, and third-party business systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer and/or Administrator certifications.
• Strong expertise in Apex development, triggers, custom objects, and Lightning Platform capabilities.
• Extensive experience building and managing Salesforce Flows.
• Experience administering Salesforce security, user management, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Strong experience creating advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and ERP, financial, operational, or third-party platforms.
• Experience with automation tools and business process optimization initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
