PAY & INCENTIVES

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour
• Opportunity to earn up to $2.00 more per hour based on successful performance metrics
• Quarterly bonus opportunities

WORK FROM HOME

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have their own equipment and a reliable work-from-home setup.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Call Center Agent, you will work with a lead qualification call center, speaking with customers and helping qualify leads.

TRAINING

• One week of training provided

Qualifications:

• Some previous customer service experience required; call center experience is not required
• Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and asking questions to qualify leads
• Ability to meet performance metrics and quality standards
• Must have a reliable work-from-home environment and provide your own equipment
• Must currently reside in Kentucky
