Job Summary: The Regional Director – East Coast Operations. This position is designed as a strategic leadership role, combining immediate responsibility for critical project execution at the Savannah River Site (SRS) with a long-term mandate to establish, grow, and lead US FUSION's East Coast operations. This role is not intended to be a traditional project management position, but rather an opportunity to become a key leader in the growth of our company, with increasing responsibility, autonomy, and financial participation as the region develops.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership (Immediate Priority)
  2. Lead execution of SDU-11 and SDU-12 Internal LTLS system projects
  3. Serve as primary point of contact with SRMC and SRS stakeholders
  4. Oversee field operations, schedule, cost, and quality
  5. Ensure compliance with DOE and site-specific requirements
  6. Build out and manage necessary project specific staff to support the project
  7. Manage subcontractors, 3rd party rental vendors, Union relations and internal teams
  8. Identify and mitigate project risks
  9. Client & Site Engagement
  10. Leverage existing relationships within SRS/SRMC
  11. Navigate internal site processes and approvals
  12. Build and maintain strong client relationships
  13. Identify upcoming opportunities within the site
  14. Business Development (East Coast Region)
  15. Identify and pursue opportunities across DOE sites, Federal facilities, and Power & industrial sectors
  16. Support proposal development and strategy
  17. Build a pipeline of work for sustained regional growth
  18. East Coast Operations Leadership
  19. Establish an operational presence in the Augusta, GA / Aiken, SC region
  20. Recruit and build a regional team over time
  21. Oversee regional logistics, execution, and financial performance
  22. Align operations with company standards and culture
  23. Strategic Growth & Leadership
  24. Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategy
  25. Provide market insight and operational feedback
  26. Play a central role in scaling US FUSION's footprint
  27. Transition into a long-term regional leadership role

Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure

  1. Proficient in M.S. Office software package.
  2. Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, photocopiers, facsimile machines and printers.
  3. Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask.
  4. Excellent phone communicator.
  5. Equipment/mechanical knowledge.
  6. Strong attention safety and instructions.
  7. Dependable and punctual.
  8. Communication and leadership skills.
  9. Critical thinking / problem solving skills.
  10. Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding US Fusion.
  11. Able to work nights, weekends and travel out of town for extended periods of time as necessary for project completion.
