Your Role at Delta Faucet:

Are you a strategic finance leader with a strong understanding of how financial insight supports business strategy and product innovation? We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking finance professional who can influence decisions, assist with future strategy, build strong relationships with senior leaders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help strengthen processes, guide financial decision-making, and support the successful launch of new products and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and financial leadership for the Product function, guiding financial governance, decision support, reporting, and continuous improvement across New Product Development processes.
  • Own and advance margin analysis frameworks, tools, and insights to support profitable growth, portfolio optimization, and informed product investment decisions.
  • Lead product P&L and SKU profitability analysis, translating financial results into actionable recommendations for Product and Finance leadership.
  • Oversee capital investment analysis, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting for new product spend, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the VP of Product and Product leadership team, influencing decision-making through business partnership, financial expertise, and insight-driven analysis.
  • Represent Finance as a key member of the Product Leadership Team, providing executive-level perspective on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs.
  • Develop financial acumen across cross-functional teams by clearly communicating business drivers, financial implications, and relevant market or operating dynamics.
  • Lead financial support for portfolio analysis, stage gate governance, product planning, long-range strategy, and recurring performance analytics to enable disciplined decision-making.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting priorities, driving accountability, and ensuring strong partnership across Finance, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including demonstrated success in strategic financial leadership, business partnership, and decision support within a complex organization.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, translate financial insights into business recommendations, and help shape strategy through strong partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, investment analysis, portfolio evaluation, or other analytically rigorous processes that support enterprise-level decision-making.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both Finance and non-Finance audiences.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to develop executive-ready insights, scenario analyses, and decision support tools.
  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships, influencing appropriately, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.

Hiring Range: $141,900.00 - $222,860.00 USD
