Watkins Wellness is hiring an Accounts Receivable Representative to join our Accounting team!

DISCOVER

At Watkins Wellness, operational excellence depends on accurate financial processes behind the scenes. As a Representative, Accounts Receivable, you'll help ensure customer payments, account activity, and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting both the business and the dealer experience. Your work plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of Accounts Receivable operations and the financial information used to support decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you'll combine attention to detail with problem-solving and collaboration. You'll manage the application and reconciliation of customer payments, research payment discrepancies, process account adjustments, and help maintain accurate dealer account records. Whether you're reviewing payment files, investigating short pays, or uploading large credit and debit memo datasets, your contributions help keep financial transactions moving smoothly and accurately.

You'll also serve as a key partner to financial institutions, dealers, and internal teams by helping resolve questions, maintain supporting documentation, and ensure information is properly recorded and accessible. Your efforts help support strong internal controls, compliance with company standards, and the efficient operation of the Accounts Receivable function.

Beyond day-to-day transaction processing, you'll contribute to reporting activities, month-end close processes, audits, and continuous improvement efforts that help strengthen the effectiveness of the Accounting team and support the ongoing success of Watkins Wellness.

  • Do you thrive when working with large datasets and financial transactions? Validate and upload credit and debit memo files, process account adjustments and write-offs, and complete dealer account maintenance activities in accordance with company guidelines and approval requirements.
  • Can you maintain the documentation that supports strong financial controls? Organize and manage daily and monthly Accounts Receivable records, including banking reports, remittance documentation, account maintenance requests, refund requests, and other supporting files to ensure records remain complete, accessible, and audit-ready.
  • Do you enjoy partnering with others to keep operations running smoothly? Communicate with financial institutions, dealers, and internal departments to resolve questions, support payment processing activities, and provide timely information through email, Teams, and phone interactions.
  • Are you motivated by continuous improvement and team success? Support management reporting and presentations, assist with month-end close and audit activities, provide backup support to Credit and Collection Representatives, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
