Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department, as well as the monitoring of operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

Major/Essential Functions
- Administrative Tasks and Coordinating Work on Specialized Projects - In support of the department and director, will act as the administrative associate for job duties and tasks that support the department's operations.
- Organize Department Meetings and Special Project Meetings - Create meeting agendas and keep minutes for department meetings and events.
- Process and Complete employee travel reimbursement - Use ChromeRiver and work with the travel department to process team member travel.
- Process and Complete Timecards - Create timecards based on worked hours and process them for payments in the EOPs system.
- Verify Invoicing hours and have invoices sent for payment - Verify time that was billed by providers with multiple other facilities before submitting for payment.
- Onboarding Tasks for new employees and new positions - Work with/Train with HR to be able to use the PASS system, ePAF Originator, BrassRing, etc.
- Clinical Administrative Support - Assist with clinical workflows as appropriate for credentials and assigned by the Senior Director or other health facility leadership.
- Policy and Standards Adherence - Work within expected timelines, accuracy, and appropriateness of work based on university policies and standards, and expectations of the Senior Director.
- Other Duties - Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in the job classification and/or position description.
