Driver Recruiter--Outbound Customer Service

We are partnering with a large, established transportation company that is expanding its Driver Recruiting team and looking for 3–5 motivated, outgoing individuals to join the team immediately.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the phone, is comfortable having lots of conversations throughout the day, and wants to build experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or transportation.

What You’ll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective drivers using an established call list and provided script
• Introduce drivers to current driving opportunities and share the basics of available positions
• Ask questions to understand the driver’s interest and determine if the opportunity may be a good fit
• Build rapport and create a positive experience during each conversation
• Warm transfer interested candidates directly to an experienced Driver Recruiter for the next step
• Accurately document call activity and candidate interest
• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically on every call

What We’re Looking For

You do not need recruiting experience to be successful in this role. We’re looking for people who:

• Enjoy talking with people and are comfortable on the phone
• Are energetic, outgoing, and confident communicating with others
• Don't mind making a lot of calls and having a lot of conversations
• Can stay positive and motivated when some calls don't result in a connection or interested candidate
• Are comfortable following a script while still sounding natural and conversational
• Are dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Have strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Are motivated by goals and enjoy a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, high-volume outreach, or a similar candidate-facing role.
• Ability to handle heavy outbound calling activity with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to sound natural while following structured talking points.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where persistence and consistency are important.
• Dependable work habits and the ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Organized approach to documenting candidate activity and maintaining accurate records.
• Positive attitude and resilience when calls do not lead to immediate candidate interest.

Compensation

$15.00-$17.00 Hourly
