Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Draft, format, and distribute clear correspondence, updates, and other departmental communications for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare organized agendas, and ensure participants receive the materials needed in advance.
• Record comprehensive meeting notes, document action items, and monitor follow-up tasks through completion.
• Compile, verify, and organize information to create clear, accurate presentations and supporting documents for leadership and community-facing meetings.
• Respond to incoming calls, information requests, and administrative inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain office records, enter and update data accurately, and support day-to-day administrative workflow.
• Provide front-desk and receptionist support as needed, helping create a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar role.• Ability to manage calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking with strong attention to detail.
• Experience preparing documents, presentations, and written communications.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and responding to requests with discretion and courtesy.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a part-time schedule while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and general office support skills.
Compensation
