Lease Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator for a contract-only opportunity. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must live within a reasonable driving distance of Downtown Indianapolis and be available to attend occasional in-person meetings in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage real estate lease records
• Enter leases, amendments, and updates into lease management systems
• Process real estate taxes and other lease-related payments or obligations
• Prepare and review lease abstracts
• Perform reconciliations, including CAM/NNN statements
• Ensure lease payments are made accurately and on time
• Keep landlord and property management records current
• Assist with sublease income tracking and additional lease accounting tasks
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, and other internal teams

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of real estate or lease administration experience
• Prior administrative experience
• Experience processing real estate taxes
• Experience preparing lease abstracts
• Reconciliation experience
• Strong Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Preferred Software Experience: Lucernex, Epicor, Ariba, S/4HANA
