Human Resources (HR) Benefits Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Guide employees through benefit options, policies, and enrollment details using clear and approachable communication.
• Respond to questions related to leave programs and help staff understand available support and required documentation.
• Enter and maintain benefits and employee data with accuracy across HR records and systems.
• Organize benefits paperwork and assist with routine administrative tasks tied to plan management.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative assistance for core human resources activities.
• Support employee communications, prepare documentation, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR forms, procedures, workflow maps, and standard practices.
• Review current processes, recommend improvements, and help implement more efficient ways of working.
• Assist with onboarding activities, employee file upkeep, and other general HR operational needs.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in human resources administration, including exposure to benefits-related work.• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain detailed HR and benefits information in a way that is easy for employees to understand.
• Comfort using HR software, digital tools, and related technology in a detail-focused setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain follow-through, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-focused, approachable, and service-oriented communication style.
• Capability to build positive working relationships with employees across different levels of the organization.
Compensation
