Human Resources (HR) Administrator
We are looking for a dependable Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations in Columbus, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is part-time and fully onsite (5 days per week, 4-5 hours per day), offering a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on maintaining organized records, supporting recruiting coordination, and assisting the HR team with essential documentation and office tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee, applicant, and HR documentation to ensure records are accurate, current, and easy to retrieve.
• Prepare, save, and organize resumes and related hiring materials while keeping files consistent and professionally formatted.
• Provide administrative support for recruiting activities, including posting openings and helping coordinate candidate information when needed.
• Enter data into HR records and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use tools such as Outlook, Adobe Pro, Canva, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign to complete daily assignments and support team workflows.
• Assist with coordination of pre-employment requirements for all candidates and other pre-employment administrative steps as directed.
• Support general HR office operations by handling filing, document management, and additional administrative projects as priorities shift.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in human resources support, office administration, or a related administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files, documents, and multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.
• Comfort working with common business software, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and PDF-based documents.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to recruiting support, job posting administration, or candidate coordination is beneficial.
• Experience assisting with background checks, filing, or general HR administrative functions is an advantage.
Compensation
