Digital Project Manager
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to support a range of digital initiatives for pharmaceutical and medical education clients in New Jersey. This is a Contract position focused on coordinating interactive event experiences, mobile solutions, and multimedia deliverables while keeping timelines, stakeholders, and project goals aligned. The ideal candidate brings strong digital project leadership, comfort working with content-driven platforms, and the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams in a fast-paced client environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of digital projects, ensuring scope, schedules, and priorities remain on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in interactive event programs, mobile builds, and multimedia development.
• Manage project workflows in Jira and maintain clear visibility into milestones, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define deliverables, review progress, and address project risks proactively.
• Oversee content-related project activities across digital platforms, including CMS- and CRM-connected initiatives where applicable.
• Support backend and cloud-based project coordination by working closely with technical teams to keep execution aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to campaign and brand-focused initiatives by organizing assets, timelines, and approval processes.
• Travel to industry events one to two times per month as needed, with travel expenses covered by the client.
• Assist with projects involving Veeva EP or similar regulated digital environments when required.

Qualifications:
• Experience managing digital projects for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical education clients.• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for project tracking, task management, and team coordination.
• Familiarity with digital delivery across mobile, multimedia, content, and interactive event-based solutions.
• Understanding of CMS and CRM platforms and how they support digital campaigns and content operations.
• Knowledge of backend development concepts and cloud technologies sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing project environments.
