Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk activity by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a positive first impression for the office.
• Handle inbound phone calls and route messages efficiently while maintaining courteous and accurate communication.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems and ensure records remain current and complete.
• Confirm the receipt of equipment and materials by reviewing deliveries against documentation and updating inventory information.
• Maintain organized product and equipment inventory records to support availability, accountability, and operational accuracy.
• Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document handling, and general office support.
• Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day and respond effectively to urgent requests or schedule adjustments.
• Support shipping workflow updates, including assisting with tracking activities as processes move between systems and platforms.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office coordination, office support, reception, or a similar administrative role.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and process information carefully.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adjusting quickly in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and confidence using office technology systems.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, or equipment coordination activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in person and over the phone.
• Well-organized work style with the ability to follow through on tasks independently and consistently.
Compensation
