Hospitality Office Services Associate (Floater)
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming office service requests by documenting work accurately and confirming all required job details before starting assignments.
• Provide day-to-day support across document reproduction, scanning, mail processing, intake activities, and reception or hospitality functions as business needs require.
• Organize and complete assignments according to established service procedures, ensuring work is processed in the correct sequence and delivered within committed timeframes.
• Communicate proactively with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding priorities, deadlines, service updates, and any issues that may affect completion.
• Perform routine checks on completed work to maintain quality standards and verify accuracy for both individual tasks and shared team output.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, restock paper, toner, and related materials, and keep machines ready for continuous daily use.
• Handle confidential records and sensitive information with care while following company and client policies at all times.
• Support a flexible operating environment that may include varied shifts, overtime, and physical tasks such as lifting materials and packages up to 50 pounds.
• Use supplies and equipment responsibly to help maintain cost-effective office services and consistent operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• At least 1 year of experience in office services, administrative support, reception, or a similar business environment; experience in legal, banking, or large corporate settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Working knowledge of mail services, reprographics, scanning, document handling, and general office support procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, sound organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to exercise good judgment, solve routine problems independently, and escalate more complex issues when appropriate.
• Comfortable working with confidential documents and interacting effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
Compensation
