Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate day-to-day front desk activities to ensure the reception area remains efficient, attentive to detail, and responsive.
• Support facility-related needs by communicating service requests and helping address workplace issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and front office spaces.
• Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup, materials, and readiness checks.
• Assist with planning and coordinating on-site meetings and workplace events to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor office supplies and front desk resources, arranging replenishment as needed to avoid disruptions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office coordination role.• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a detail-oriented and friendly presence.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with visitors, staff, and service providers.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining shared spaces and schedules.
• Comfort handling routine administrative tasks and supporting general office operations.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to changing daily priorities.
• Proficiency with standard office technology, including phones, email, and calendar scheduling tools.
Compensation
