Associate Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
• Support brand communication activities that enhance customer engagement and align with broader marketing objectives.
• Coordinate educational content initiatives, including materials designed for customer and learning audiences.
• Contribute to planning and execution for conferences, congress-related activities, and other external events.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop timely, compliant, and audience-focused marketing materials.
• Assist with programs tied to customer development efforts, ensuring projects move forward efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Help manage marketing communications deliverables across multiple channels, including event support and digital education initiatives.
• Track project timelines, gather stakeholder feedback, and maintain momentum on key brand initiatives.
• Travel occasionally, up to 10%, to support meetings, events, or team activities as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.• Background in brand support, public relations, agency environments, or related marketing communications work.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to customer-facing campaigns, educational programs, or event marketing initiatives.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for specific audiences.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and comfort managing project-related tasks digitally.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support external engagement activities.
Compensation
