eCommerce Project Manager II

Compensation: $45 to $50 Hourly

Position Overview

The eCommerce Project Manager II will support the client's Global eCommerce operations and serve as a key liaison between the Site Experience, Site Content, Marketing, Creative, Technical, and cross-functional teams.

This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of eCommerce initiatives, ensuring projects move smoothly from initial brief through delivery and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong eCommerce and digital experience, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

This role requires a highly collaborative, detail-oriented Project Manager who enjoys owning timelines, managing deliverables, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring all requirements are captured and addressed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the client's Global eCommerce initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Site Experience and Site Content teams.
  • Bridge communication between internal teams, cross-functional partners, marketing, creative teams, technical teams, global markets, and external vendors.
  • Participate in team and cross-functional meetings and capture detailed meeting notes, requests, feedback, and action items.
  • Distribute meeting minutes promptly following meetings and ensure all requirements are clearly documented.
  • Own and maintain project timelines, weekly project trackers, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage projects from brief inception through execution, delivery, launch, and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on driving sales and growth and demonstrating measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer journey and eCommerce business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of current eCommerce trends, strategies, and techniques.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate project requirements, feedback, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage projects from inception through delivery and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global markets and APAC.
  • Corporate eCommerce experience.
  • Experience within the beauty industry or a related consumer-facing industry.
  • Experience working with digital content, creative assets, eCommerce platforms, or digital design.
  • Experience with eCommerce and social media content.
  • Experience managing 3D packshots, textures, product imagery, videos, product laydowns, or other digital assets.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and an understanding of digital content presentation.



Compensation

$45.00-$50.00 Hourly
